Mr. Brown has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) since 2025. He is also an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of RMR where he oversees the accounting and finance
functions and the tax department. In addition, he is Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of Tremont Realty Capital, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR). He is also Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) . Mr. Brown previously was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and Director of Financial Reporting for DHC. Prior to joining RMR
in 2007, he worked in the audit practice of Wolf & Company, a public
accounting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. Mr. Brown is a certified
public accountant.
