Mr. Jordan has been a Managing Trustee of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) since 2021. He served as a Managing Trustee of Tremont Mortgage
Trust from 2021 until its merger into SEVN. Mr. Jordan is also an
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), a Managing Trustee of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT), and a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Tremont
Realty Capital. Prior to joining RMR in 2012, he held accounting and
finance positions at Stanley Black & Decker Company and worked in the
audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP. While at Ernst & Young, Mr.
Jordan primarily focused on multinational Fortune 500 clients in a variety
of industries. Mr. Jordan is also a certified public accountant.
