NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF) today announced that it had
completed its redomestication from a Delaware statutory trust to
a Maryland statutory trust. The Fund's shareholders approved the
redomestication and related agreement and plan of redomestication at the
Fund's 2017 annual meeting of shareholders on April 13, 2017.
RIF is a closed end investment company advised by RMR Advisors LLC, a
SEC registered investment adviser that is a subsidiary of The RMR Group
Inc. an alternative asset management company with shares listed on the
Nasdaq under the symbol "RMR".
