RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF) today announced the results
of its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which was held earlier today
as follows:
John L. Harrington was elected as a Class I Trustee of the Fund to serve
a three year term until the annual meeting of shareholders in 2020. The
percentage of shareholders' votes cast for this Trustee is as follows:
