Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced that the characterization of dividends for 2021 income tax reporting purposes for both SEVN and Tremont Mortgage Trust (“TRMT”), prior to TRMT’s merger with and into SEVN, is as follows:
